Cooking Directions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Stove Top: Place frozen vegetables in 1/4 cup boiling water for every cup of vegetables. Bring to second boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender (7-8 minutes). Season to taste and serve. Microwave: Place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Stir after 2-3 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Due to the differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Perishable. Keep frozen until ready to use. Promptly refrigerate leftovers.
