Care & Use Instructions: Wash before use. Cleaning: Dishwasher safe. 1. Set garlic press on counter and lift handle. 2. Place garlic clove on textured base. 3. Keeping unit on counter, lower the handle and press garlic through metal screen into the hopper. 4. Lift handle and repeat with another clove until desired amount is in hopper. 5. Using the red bumper, tap out the minced garlic into bowl or pot. 6. Extend handle fully to disengage screen for easy cleaning.
