Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Microwave (for an 1100-watt oven). 1. Remove bowl from carton, peel back one corner of the film to vent. 2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 3. Carefully remove from microwave, peel back film half way, stir and place film back over bowl. 4. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes, then mix completely. 5. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Enjoy! Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. 3. Bake for 35-40 minutes. 4. Remove film completely and let stand for 1 - 2 minutes. For best flavor stir before serving. Ovens vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Caution: Product will be hot. Do not re-use bowl. Keep frozen.
