Recanati’s Galilee Series presents classic varietals from select vineyards and growing areas, extracting the characteristic complexity and refinement of each individual variety. The Galilee Merlot is made from select hand-picked merlot grapes from the Ella Valley, which undergo a cold maceration prior to fermentation to preserve their rich fruit character.

- This certified Kosher wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 8 months and is best served with richly flavored meat dishes and hard cheeses
