Stovetop Directions: Heat 1 Tablespoon Olive or Vegetable Oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Carefully add Grain Blend. Cover; cook 10 to 13 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions.
