Directions: 1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil. 2. Stir in Legume Risoni and contents of the spice pack. Return to boll. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 9 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve immediately. For more savory flavor, replace the water with your favorite broth. Keep in a cool, dry and clean place, away from strong light and odors.
