Pancake Directions: 1/2 cups pancake and waffle mix, 3/4 cup milk. 1 egg, 3 tbsp. oil. 1 Heat skillet or griddle to medium-high heat or to 375 degrees F. and grease lightly. In a medium, bowl, combine mix, milk, egg, and oil, Mix until blended and batter is smooth. 2 Pour batter (slightly less than 1/4 cup per pancake) onto hot greased skillet. 3 Flip when edges begin to dry, and bubbles begin breaking on top. Cook an additional minute or until golden brown. Yield 12 4 inch pancakes. Waffle Directions: 1 1/2 cups pancake and waffle mix, 3 tbsp. oil, 1 cup milk, 1 egg. 1 In a large mixing bowl stir together mix, oil, milk, and egg until batter is smooth. Pour onto a hot waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's directions. Serve warm. Difference in altitude, hardness of water and product moisture may change the suggested cook time. Store in a cool, dry place.
